Best newspaper lists:
Get known as an expert in your field http://www.expertclick.com/
Best marketing materials:
Vista print This is who I use for my business cards. They have nice templates, or you can easily create your own, which is the route I went. If you’re on a super tight budget, they offer free business cards (you just pay shipping), but it will have the Vistaprint website into on the back of the card.
Gotprint.net This is the company I've used for my bookmarks and postcard announcements.
Best free images:
Side note, make sure you always check the copyright information and all the fine print before using an image on book covers. Some of the image owners request you ask for their permission before using their images. You wouldn't want to find yourself getting sued!
Best auto-responders, email, and website services:
www.mailchimp.com This is the one I use for my newsletters and such. It’s a bit hard to figure out at first, but I’m quite happy with the service. One of the main reasons I chose them is because (at the time of trying every service out) they were the only ones that did not put their banner logo in the emails. This is for the free accounts, that is.
