But, onward we shall go! Right now, it's a whopping 14 degrees outside. Add in the windchill factor, and it feels like 6 degrees. In those moments when I want to complain that I'm cold, today I'm reminding myself to be thankful I have a nice warm home to go to and sleep in tonight. It's days like this when I can't even begin to imagine how terrible it must be to be one of the many homeless. Thank God for the simple blessing of having shelter.
Also, I'm pretty excited about now offering cover design! I have a fancy dancy new page, go check it out! I recently worked with the lovely Deb Hanrahan, author of Changing My Wardrobe (read it, it's awesome), Vestige, and soon to be released Scion. Take a look at the cover I designed for Vestige...
And last but not least, I'm excited about getting back to writing. I'm still in a bit of a pickle; I'm not sure how I feel about what I have done so for, but I'm determined to forge ahead and see where I end up. Sometimes, you just have to tell that inner critic to shut up, there's creative crap to be done!
What about you, what's on your woohoo list this week? Feel free to share!
